		chemifluorescence or photo-stimulated luminescence
---|

A wide variety of fluorescent dyes such as, SYBR(R) Green I & II, ethidium bromide (EtBr), SYPRO(R) Orange, FITC, CyTM 2 and CyTM 5 can be used with the FLA-2000.

In addition, a wide variety of alkaline phosphatase substrates for chemifluorescence such as AttoPhosTM and DDAO-phosphate can be used with the FLA-2000, also.

Applications include DNA gel electrophoresis  -  including RT-PCR, SSCP, RFLP and 1D/2D protein gel electrophoresis and various blottings.

Your research will not only benefit from taking advantage of the best in fluorescent imaging technology, but also from making use of the proven radioisotope imaging technology.
