A wide variety of fluorescent dyes such as, SYBR^(R) Green I & II, ethidium bromide (EtBr), SYPRO^(R) Orange, FITC, Cy^TM 2 and Cy^TM 5 can be used with the FLA-2000.

    In addition, a wide variety of alkaline phosphatase substrates for chemifluorescence such as AttoPhos^TM and DDAO-phosphate can be used with the FLA-2000, also.
    Applications include DNA gel electrophoresis - including RT-PCR, SSCP, RFLP and 1D/2D protein gel electrophoresis and various blottings.
